At the Dubai World Expo, whose theme is "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future", France is showcasing its innovations, talents and assets in its Pavilion. We are proud to participate in this project by assisting France Dubai 2020 with the technical implementation of several event spaces.
The audiovisual solutions designed by GL events and installed in the France Pavilion enabled more than 1 million visitors from all over the world to enjoy, in optimal conditions, various exhibitions highlighting unique and daring French innovations and creations.

OUR AUDIOVISUAL SOLUTIONS

An implementation of audiovisual technical solutions dedicated to exhibitions
The exhibition/museography area of the France Pavilion benefited from GL events' expertise in the design and installation of technical audiovisual solutions including lighting, sound, video, IT networks and the control of all the systems by media server.
GL events, a technical service provider for events, is also responsible for temporary exhibitions including "Notre-Dame de Paris, l'Expérience" and "Jean Paul Gaultier from A to Z".

An installation of audiovisual equipment for events
Our teams based in Dubai have installed in the event space of the France Pavilion professional audiovisual equipment carefully selected for their quality (technical performance, ergonomics, energy savings, etc.):
- Lighting equipment
- Sound equipment (the sound network using Devialet speakers, partner of the France Pavilion)
- Video equipment
- Simultaneous interpretation equipment
These devices are used for many events (conferences, digital events, cocktails, parties, etc.).

A technical team dedicated to the operation of the event space
GL events, a specialist in the rental of audiovisual equipment, assists the France Dubai 2020 teams on a daily basis in the operation of the Belvedere, a magnificent event space with an auditorium, an outdoor agora and reception areas. In 4 months, we have contributed to the realization of more than 100 events.
