Nestled on the 5th and last floor of La Samaritaine, under the authentic glass roof, Voyage Samaritaine Paris Pont-Neuf is the department store's event space, managed by the GL events Group.
The Sales & Installation department provided its expertise by advising our client and installing permanent, custom-made audiovisual equipment for this high-end event space.

A custom-made XXL LED wall dedicated to this event space
Our teams selected and installed a large LED wall (1.89 mm pitch, 6,384 x 1,824 pixels resolution) to dress up a wall at Voyage Samaritaine. Indeed, the dimensions of this video material reach more than 3 meters high and 12 meters wide. Yes, you read correctly, 12 meters! Enough to immerse the visitors in the video content broadcasted on this XXL support and to ensure a great visual animation for the events organized in this space. A MODULO video server for the management of the LED wall completes our offer.

A discreet sound system adapted to the place
GL events, the audiovisual technical service provider, integrated 8 L-Acoustics 5XT speakers, reinforced by a Syva Sub cabinet, which allows the broadcasting of quality audio content in any event configuration.
In addition, we provided a mobile kit for DJs consisting of the following professional sound equipment:
- 1 Pioneer DJM 900 NEXUS 2 DJ mixer
- 3 Pioneer CDJ 3000 DJ decks
- 2 portable sound systems Syva L-Acoustics
- 1 iPad for remote management of the lounge area from the room
Allowing the DJ to set the mood of Voyage Samaritaine for private parties, cocktail parties, corporate events or press conferences.
Finally, our teams installed a sound system for the bar and restaurant.

Lighting equipment for events at Voyage Samaritaine
In order to highlight this event space, our service consisted in integrating a stage structure allowing to fix 24 OXO Colorzoom 180 LED projectors. In addition, we have completed our offer with 24 mobile LED projectors on battery BoxKolor UHD with a wireless controller AirBox. Thus, our customer can position these projectors as he likes.
